Effective date: 1 November 2026
This policy applies to the software utilities ("the Tools") whose policy links point to this page. The Tools are built and operated privately by their owner and are used only on accounts and data that belong to, or are administered by, that owner. They are not offered to the public.
A Tool accesses an online account only after the account holder has granted permission through the platform's own authorization screen (for example, an OAuth consent screen). The permission requested is limited to what the Tool needs, and the account holder can revoke it at any time from the platform's account security settings.
Only the data the account holder has authorized, such as messages, attachments, files, or calendar entries in the authorized account. The Tools read this data in order to perform the task the account holder asked for, such as saving a copy of a file to the account holder's own device.
Data is processed on devices controlled by the account holder. The Tools do not operate any server that stores account data, do not transmit account data to the Tools' operator, and do not send it to any third party. Any copies saved by a Tool remain on the account holder's own devices and storage, under the account holder's control.
Account data is never shared with third parties, never sold, and never used for advertising, profiling, or training of machine-learning models.
Where a Tool accesses data through a platform's API, its use of that data complies with the platform's user data policies. In particular, use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Because copies exist only on the account holder's own devices, the account holder can delete them at any time. Revoking a Tool's access from the platform's account settings stops all further access immediately. See Data Deletion for steps.
The Tools are not directed at children and are not made available to anyone other than their owner.
Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new effective date.
Because the Tools are used only by their owner, no public support channel is provided.
